Good Service

I only had to wait one day for someone to come and look at my faulty dishwasher. I was given a two hour time slot for the next day and the technician arrived very promptly. Unfortunately my dishwasher was past saving however I received some really good advice on how to go about choosing a new one and the call out fee was extremely reasonable. I would definitely use this company again for any appliance repairs.

Tumble dryer repair

Our tumble dryer stopped heating properly and I began calling local business regarding repairs. I was offered quotes in the region of £109. However, this gentleman offered me a reasonable quote to come over at the weekend have a look and hopefully fix it. I didn't have any expectations but all I can say is he was fantastic! Arrived bang on time, pleasant, very tidy and clean taking my dryer apart and had a brilliant level of expertise and knowledge! He charged a very acceptable sum for the job. Really brilliant and I would recommend to anyone- especially as I am a young woman with no idea I was very worried I would be ripped off or a quick fix with no effort. It's worked perfectly since and he even showed me how to clean my filters so I wouldn't need him back. Can't fault!! Thanks for your help! ERW889, 2013
